If you bought a production trailer your shackles will wear out and when they do you better hope it is not on the road. Rich was a pleasure to do business with and went the extra mile to research the parts I needed. I highly recommend them and have already done so to a couple of my friends. I had rebuilt my stock trailer shackels just a year ago and they were falling apart again.
