KODIAK 12" Trailer Disc Brake Assembly, DAC (Complete 1 Axle Kit) Bearings and Seals included

KODIAK 12" Vented Integral Rotor/Hub assembly, Caliper & Mounting Bracket w/Hardware.

Dacromet coating offers the bests value of protection for salt water applications (i.e., during a standard salt spray test, rust will begin forming between 300 and 400 hours).

The INTEGRAL (One Piece) Hub & Rotor is cast as a single unit. Wheel studs are pressed into the rotor. Hub and rotor are balanced as one unit, which offers a smoother ride. Caliper mounts to 5 bolt brake flange and fits inside 15" and larger wheels. Caliper is loaded standard with Non-Asbestos Ceramic friction pads. Kit also includes inner bearing & race, outer bearing & race, grease seal. These Rotors/Hubs can be filled with the appropriate Grease or Hydraulic Oil. Refer to your installation manual before use.

Every thing arrived in time and order. I did not know the outside bearing needed to be sized, so I have (6) 1.375"I.D. bearings, decided to buy 1.250" I.D. bearing locally rather than trying to exchange . Shipping both ways would have cost more. My mistake , make sure you check all bearings and seals . Shadow did include the (30)caliper bracket mounting bolts,1/2"stainless how ever they were Grade 3 , I decided to stay with plated Grade 5.

Mr.
I have installed them, but have not used them yet. They do NOT come with bolts that mount the bracket to the axel. Also the elbow (brake line)that was screwed into the caliper was cross threaded, both of them.
