We provide a
30 day unconditional guarantee on all of our merchandise. The only exception to
this are clearance items, personalized products, gift certificates, and custom
orders; which are non-returnable.
You may return your order
within 30 days provided all items are in new and unused condition.
Any price adjustments for
exchanges will be applied to the credit card used to make the original
purchase. Credits for refunds and exchanges will appear after we have
received and processed your return/exchange.
Your return will be
processed promptly once we receive your item(s). The time it takes for
credit card companies to process credits varies, so please allow one to two
billing cycles for your credit to appear on your charge card statement.

NOTE: Merchandise covered
by manufacturers' warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for
replacement or repair.
You may make changes to
your order, provided that the order has not yet been processed. If items
have processed no changes can be made to the order and our normal return
policy will apply. Please contact our sales office (M-F 7-5 PST) with any
order change requests and please have your order ID number available when
calling.
To cancel your order
prior to processing, please contact our sales office during our normal
business hours (M-F 7-5 PST). If your order has not yet been processed,
there will be no cancellation fee. Should the items have been processed,
our normal return policy will apply. The customer is responsible for
return shipping costs, and all items must be returned in new condition and
well packaged.
