I was impressed with their willingness to go the extra mile to get the part to Hawaii. Part came in a beat up box with NO install instructions. Installed yesterday and it opperated as it should with no defects. Could have been packaged a bit better as one would expect the single box took a beating in transit but it did go from west coast to east coast. Easy to install, took about 15 minutes, bleeding was a two man operation without having a power bleeder. Took longer to bleed the brakes than to install the coupler.
