Excellent Customer support
The shackles were easy to install and work great. I have taken the trailer on 5 trips so far and no issues. They are a lot bigger than the stock ones so they should last a long time. The best part of my experience was the customer service I received at Shadow trailer. I called Shadow because the two kits from Dexter fit axles spaced 33 or 35 inches and my spacing was 30 inches. The person on the phone (Rich I think) had me go to my trailer and had me measure parts of my suspension. He then went and measured the parts in the kit and confirmed it would fit. (This was possible because they stocked the product and knew how to verify it was compatible with my trailer) And he was right. It was an exact fit. The people at Shadow trailer know trailers and are not just salespeople.

We purchased the heavy duty suspension kit for our Okanagan 5th wheel which is really so much better than the one we replaced, even an engineer that gave me a hand was impressed.

what a difference
The suspension on my '85 travel trailer was starting to wear out so I found these to replace it. Unbelievable difference.Super thick shackles, greaseable, new bolts, bronze bushings and equalizers.Makes the original equipment look dangerously flimsy. I'm doing my car trailer next.Excellent product. Be sure to measure your axle centers first, before you dissemble.
