Sending Your Return
Missing Parts
If your shipment is missing parts, please contact us within five (5) business days of receiving your order. We will arrange to ship the missing components from the nearest and quickest possible source and discuss delivery terms with you.
Order Changes and Cancellation
You may request to change or cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be changed, and our standard return policy will apply.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please follow our return policy to return the unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Shipping and Refunds
- Initial Shipping Costs: If your original order qualified for our free shipping promotion, the initial cost for Shadow Trailers to ship the order to you will be deducted from your refund.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), please allow us 3-5 days to process your request. A refund will then be issued to your original method of payment (i.e., Credit Card, PayPal, G-Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay). Please allow 2–10 business days for the credit to post to your account due to varying processing times.

Sending Your Return
- Request a Return Label: Contact us with your Order ID Number (e.g., ST-12345) to receive a prepaid FedEx return label via email.
- Package Securely: Securely package all merchandise to prevent damage during transit. Shadow Trailers is not responsible for returned items damaged in shipping. For this reason, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for all returns.
- Include Your Order ID: Please include the Order ID Number with your return inside the package.
- Ship Your Package: You may use the prepaid FedEx label we provide to you or elect to ship the package from a post office or shipping company of your choice to the following address:
