Returns

Sometime after your receipt of your shipment, you might want to return your new and unused items. You may return your order provided all item(s) are in new and unused condition within 60 days of purchase. 

Mounted wheels cannot be returned. Used and/or mounted wheels are NON-RETURNABLE, and are ineligible for a refund.

If the item(s) you are returning qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, the initial cost to ship the order will be deducted from your return, as well as return fees (if applicable).

Please include your Order ID Number when contacting us for a FedEx return label.

Sending Your Return

When returning an item, be sure to include your Order ID Number and wrap the package securely to avoid damage. Shadow Trailers is not responsible for returned items damaged in shipping. For this reason, we recommend shipping insurance for all returns.

Please follow the instructions below to return your item(s):

All merchandise should be packaged securely so that it may be transported safely. Shadow Trailers is not responsible for any returned item(s) damaged in shipping.

- Include the Order ID Number (i.e., ST-12345) with your return

- We will email you a FedEx prepaid return label upon request

- You may elect to ship the package from nearest post office or shipping company of your choice to the address provided below

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will refund your Credit Card or original method of payment (i.e., PayPal, G-Pay, Apple Pay, etc.). Please keep your Order ID Number on hand in case you wish to contact us about your return.


*Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Missing Parts

If you receive a shipment with parts missing, please contact us right away. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. We understand how inconvenient this may be, and we will try our best to make it right. As long as you reach us within 5 business days of receiving your order, we will ship you the missing pieces from the nearest and quickest possible source. Our representatives will discuss delivery terms to ensure that we deliver the product to you at a time that is most convenient for you.


Order Changes

You may make changes to your order if it has not been shipped. If the item(s) have shipped, no changes can be made to the order, and our normal return policy will apply.

Exchanges

We cannot exchange items. Our return policy will apply.


Cancellation

You may only cancel an item before it has been shipped. There's little we can do once your order has left our location, so please Contact Us as soon as possible so we can attempt to cancel your order to avoid the return process. Please have your Order ID number available when requesting an order cancellation.


Refund Policy

After returning or canceling an order, we will refund your Credit Card or original method of payment. Shipping costs will be deducted from your return unless the reason for return is the result of an error on our part.

Your return will be processed once we receive your item(s). Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
