awesome company and great price

I bought four of these. Great tires and a great price with no shipping charge. The only thing I didn't like about them was they were about two inches shorter than the radials I took off, but other than that no problems with them. Also they're much stiffer than the radials which was also good for a heavy trailer

I was looking at a 3K mile trip and two of the trailer tires were bald. I found your site and decided to go with this tire. They were here in 3 days right before Christmas. I usually mount these things myself with a manual tire changer, but these were so beefy and stiff I didn't think I could. I lubed them up good and they went right on! I'm very happy with the quality and promptness of service. When the trip is over I'm going to order replacements for the other two tires which will be worn out then

change of opinion

My first review was way off. 1000 miles and a little over a year later 2 of the tires threw their tread damaging the trailer, the other 2 were seperating. I called Shadow trailer to see if they could do anything. The first person I talked to was Jeannie. She was very polite and helpful with walking me through the warranty procedure. After a few weeks I called back to see if they had heard anything and I talked to a rude guy named Fritz who told me I was S.O.L. and tough luck. So all that talk about the customer comes first and a good company starts with a good relationship with the customer is a load of bull.Won't do business with them EVER again. And as far as the 1 star rating, they didn't have a no star option.

great shipping

I order 4 of theses tires tuesday at 2pm and they were at my door wednesday at 10am. now my wife tells me to get them om and lets ride!! come on guys ,shipping was just too quick!!!shadow doesn't ship in days but in hours.ordered and tires was here in 20 hrs!!!!!!
