I purchased this hitch to replace a wore out tie down hitch. I like this hitch it is heavy duty and very good quality very fast shipping. if you need instructions you can download on internet. very good price

Great product, poor packaging, no bolts, no manual

I replaced a heavily rusted 7 year old Model 60 with this new one with no issues. I suggest that the manufacturer consider providing the proper nuts/bolts for the installation along with the actuator. Product was delivered as promised but arrived in a destroyed lightweight paper box that was more suitable for a box of greeting cards. I had to call and ask for product manual since nothing came with the actuator- they were pleasant to deal with and mailed me one.
