got this shock absorber because my trailer was jerking and jamming the truck when towing bass boat. this new shock got me back to a normal ride when towing. got some other accessories, receive order in reasonable time and all part were good quality at a good price

As advertised. Greatly reduced the sudden thud I was getting from the old shock each time I stopped and started from a stop.

I placed an order for a couple other parts from shadow trailer and realized I forgot to add one item. I called their phone number and was able to add the part to my order without any hassle. I was very happy with the service I received at that time. I was even more impressed when I received my entire order less than 24 hours later, with the addition item added to the box. I wa stole there was a possibility it would be sent separately, but it was all intact. All the parts I ordered, including this one were an exact fit for what I was replacing.
